Refunds and Returns at Simply Pumps –
Step 1: Reach out to us by calling 724-864-5959 to discuss the issue. We’re confident that we can rectify most problems without necessitating a product return. We choose to settle refund and return discussions over the phone instead of through email to ensure the most direct and precise communication.
Step 2: If we need to return the product due to issues not caused by the customer, we’ll shoulder the cost of the return. Together, we’ll decide whether to include the shipping cost in the refund or if Simply Pumps should provide a return shipping label at no cost.
If we establish that the user caused the problem, we may subtract the shipping cost from the refund.

Ensuring proper packaging for returns is crucial to prevent damage to the product. Complications in the refund and return process can arise from damage caused by improper packaging. If you’re uncertain about how to pack the product, or if you lack the right packaging materials, we recommend taking the product to a third-party shipping store like a UPS or FedEx shipping center.
Returns and Refunds, the Conditions:
- For returning non-defective products – If the customer simply doesn’t like the product or changes their mind, they will need to cover the cost of return shipping. We will also apply a 20% restocking fee. Please initiate this process within 10 days of product receipt. We ask that you return the product in a resale-ready condition, and we don’t accept returns for special orders.
- For exchanging non-defective products – If a customer wants to exchange their product for a different one, then they’ll need to cover the return shipping cost. Please initiate this process within 10 days of receiving the product. The product should be returned in a condition suitable for resale. We don’t accept returns for special orders.
- For damaged products – If a product arrives damaged, please contact us at 724-864-5959 within 5 days of product receipt.
- For incorrect products – If you receive a different product than what you ordered, please contact us at 724-864-5959 within 5 days of receiving the product, and we’ll replace the product and cover all related shipping costs.
- For faulty products under warranty – Please inform us about the problem over the phone within the following time frames based on the product:
- Standard Products: within 45 days of receipt.
- Brushed Motors: within 90 days of receipt.
- Brushless or Stepper Motors: within 180 days of receipt.
Non-Delivered Products and Cancellations:
- For non-delivered products – If you provide an accurate shipping address and the product never arrives, we will replace the product and cover all related shipping costs.
- For cancellations – You can cancel standard product orders before we ship them. For special order products, we might charge a 25% cancellation fee.
Time frames for Returns and Refunds
- Non-defective product returns: Within 10 days of receiving the order.
- Non-defective product exchanges: Within 10 days of receiving the order.
- Damaged product reports: Within 5 days of receiving the order.
- Incorrect product reports: Within 5 days of receiving the order.

When to expect a refund
We’ll start the refund process within 5 days of receiving the returned or faulty product or agreeing to issue a refund. Refunds typically appear as a credit to the credit card you used for the original purchase.
